Your Discord has to be connected in Whop. Open Pro access in Whop, click Integrations in the left menu, and connect your Discord account. Your member role is added once it's linked. If you still can't get in after a few minutes, email us the address you used on Whop and your Discord username.
It can take a moment after you join. First check that your Discord is connected: open Pro access in Whop and click Integrations in the left menu. If it's connected and the role still hasn't appeared after a few minutes, post in #admin-support or email us with the email address you used on Whop.
Membership is managed on Whop, so you can cancel anytime from your Whop account. See our Refund Policy for details.
Check spam and promotions, and search your inbox for “webinarjam”. If you registered before with this email, your join link is in that first email, because we only send it once. If you still can't find it a few minutes after signing up, email us with the address you used and we'll help you find it.
